Pikachu Cake

Pikachu Cake

Codi's HUGE 20th birthday cake. 2 layers of 14 inch chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling. Decorated with chocolate frosting and a piped chocolate version of the invitations for her party (1920's sheet music).

Chocolate topper
by: Lauren Stockly

First I take colored merckens chocolate (meant to go into chocolate molds) and melt it (i usually put the chocolate into a zip lock bag and then put the bag in hot water). Then I find the picture I want to go on my cake on the computer, flip the image horizontally and print it. Then I just trace the picture with the melted chocolate.

Feel free to contact me with and questions you have about how to use this technique of drawing with chocolate on your own cakes.
