3 tier gift package cake

I came up with the inspiration from a few different cakes I had seen in a cake magazine and changed a few colours on them and hey presto this is what I came up with. It was a big hit when I took it to a few bridal fairs. The cakes are covered with rolled fondant and the pipework is royal icing with coloured dusts to enhance the colours of silver and gold squares and the outline of the flowers. The ribbon for the top tier I used the rolled fondant and added gum tragacanth for it to harden and hold its shape.
