This
5 tier wedding cake was made with alternating chocolate and white tiers with chocolate truffle filling on the chocolate tiers and butter cream filling on the white tiers. Side cakes were red velvet with cream cheese filling. The hearts on the sides were all hand cut from gum paste with the hearts silhouettes of two people.
Topper was hand cut gum paste to match the hearts on the cake. All layers were covered with homemade
marshmallow fondant with the designs hand piped on. The stand was made special for the cake to hold the weight, with the fountain in the middle of it.
