Badminton Winners Cake

Badminton Cake
This cake is a madeira cake, with a vanilla buttercream and strawberry conserve centre.
The cake was then crumb coated, chilled down and second coated before misting to add the green fondant.
The court is marked out in white fondant strips and the player is modelled also from coloured fondant.
The net is made from two plastic dowels and some netting, and the name was added using tappits.
