Bear and Bees Grooms Cake

I made this cake for a surprise grooms cake to be served at the rehearsal dinner. It was, without a doubt, a real challenge. I had to do lots of cake stacking and carving, but in the end I was pleased. The bees were animated to fly around the nose of the bear. I used a combination of chocolate buttercreme icing and fondant for this cake.
