Birthday Cake Frosting

4 1 oz. squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup butter
16 oz. box powdered sugar
1/2 cup whole milk
2 tsp vanilla

Combine butter and chocolate in pan, melt slowly. In separate bowl, combine sugar, milk and vanilla - mix until smooth.

Add chocolate mixture to sugar mixture and blend for 3 to 5 mins. Set bowl in ice and stir with wooden spoon until thickened.
