(Nice France)
Ok, background information. I grew up with homemade birthday cakes and then came Carvel. The moment Carvel came into our lives, out the window with homemade cake. Now that I have a son and he is turning 6 he too shall endure another homemade cake. He loves them and in school we share a carvel cake. We are living in Nice France and it is very difficult believe it or not to find a simple tub of ice cream.
We are using three different size metal pans that open at the bottom. We have selected 3 flavors to form the tier. Now we smashed oreo's and chocalate wafers to bits and melted butter mix it all together and lined each pan with this mixture. UM
To put this all together we basically just slide one tier on to the next. Messy but fun with my son. The memories are priceless. Now the decorating, just add yellow food coloring to the can of whip cream and there you go. Stick all back in the freezer to harden. The cake is adorable fun and best of all my son received a homemade cake even though our oven is broken.
Enjoy, thank you for your website.
Sincerely,
Aimee
