California Topping

4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
4 ounces sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups confectioners sugar
In a bowl combine all ingredients thoroughly. Good for all cakes but especially
carrot or spice cakes. Covers small to medium cakes.
