2-layer Sheet cake: Spice cake with pumpkin mousse and apple butter filling.
The jersey was hand-sculpted and painted, customized to reflect the "Birthday Boy's" age. Note the tiny detail work in the sleeves, right down to the Steeler's emblem on the breast.
