Casey Cat Cake

I used a sheet cake (Chocolate & Cherry Chip)then drew my cat onto the cake with edible marker, covered in whipped icing then hand colored pink fondant. The decorations are make from various icings and fondant except for the whiskers, they are licorice.

I made this for my daughters 8th birthday she was thrilled. This was my first attempt at a "carved cat" and putting fondant on this was no easy task but I would do it again!
