Circus Cake

You can use any chocolate cake mix, and strawberry cake mix. I like pillsbury and used 2 boxes of strawberry and 1 of chocolate.

I made 2 10 inch round cakes and 2 6 inch round cakes.

I swirled the chocolate in the strawberry after pouring.

I frosted in between all cakes with yellow died vanilla frosting.

The bottom layer is frosting covered, while the top is rolled fondant for the tent effect.

For all decorations, I used rolled fondant. To make the 3 pieces on top, I just used different size bottle lids and covered them with fondant.

I made this for my nephew's 3rd birthday that was a carnival/circus theme.
