Ingredients:
1 cup butter (softened)
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 teaspoon almond extract
.5 cup creme fraiche
5 cups confectioner's sugar (More to add as needed)
.5 cup brown sugar
Cream butter, lemon juice, almond extract, and creme fraice
Stir in confectioner's sugar and brown sugar until of a creamy and spreadable consistency. Add more confectioner's sugar, half teasponful at a time, until it reaches desired consistency. Keep chilled.
