Just get a regular recipe for 12 cupcakes and multiply it. If you want to make 110 exactly rather than 120 (ie12x10), then divide the amounts in your recipe by 12, to get the amount needed for 1 cupcake, then multiply by 110. eg if your recipe says to use 150g flour divide this by 12 then multiply by 110 = 1375g
