Didelina Cake
Chocolate Fudge cake fondant icing. Got image from internet and copied onto piece of fondant strengthened with gum tragacanth and then painted it with edible colours. Cut out little hearts and some of them I put on wires. As I cannot get any cake decorating items out here in Fuerteventura, I have to make all icings myself. I brought some gum Trag and liquid glucose last time I was in the UK and will get someone to bring some over with them when they next visit. It is very hard work being a cake decorator here!
