Elegant Birthday Cake
I baked a strawberry cake in a double layer square shape and the top was a double layer round cake, fillled with strawberry cheesecake filling and cream cheese frosting with homemade rolled fondant. The purple icing was also cream cheese. This cake took me 6.5 hours from start (baking) to finish.
