Fall Leaves Wedding Cake
I was asked to design a wedding cake for a fall reception and to go "All out" I suggested we cover the entire cake in fall leaves made of fondant over ganache... here is the result

This was my first wedding cake for mny son> Its chocolate cake with chocolate icing Faondant butterflies with hand made chocolate leaves and scrolls Side cake were almond butter cake reversed in white with chocolate piping and white chocolate leaves and scrolls.

I decorated with 50 handpainted fondant/gumpaste leaves. I used real buttercream in white wrapped with brown silk ribbon.
