Flower Cupcakes

MAke 24 cupcakes either with box cake mix are making your own cake batter. Any flavor does not matter what the child would like. Let them cool for about an hour or so. I took white frosting and mixed it with neon pink icing to make the pink flowers. Then I took white frosting and mixed it with orange a little at a time any color you like you can make. Put white iceing first and then you get a tip of size that you would like to make the flowers with. Then you start my making a little dots in a little circle in the center of the cupcake, and work around it to make the petals.
