How do I make a black fondant bow without getting the powdered sugar on it?

You can use starch but when you finish the bow you can clean it with shortening.

You could use cornstarch it dosen't seem as heavy to whipe off. I lightly damppen a paper towel barly wet and before you make the bow wipe your pieces down on both sides. just give your project enough time for drying it really shouldn't be wet if you don't use too much water
