Fudge Apple Upside Down Cake

Frosting:
2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
½ cup Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Flavoring
2 Nestle Chocolate Bars (melted)
Method:
Add ingredients into saucepan. On low heat, let ingredients melt together stirring occasionally.
Cake Batter:
1-½ cups Bisquick
1 Egg
1/4 cup Apple Sauce
1 teaspoon Melted Butter
3 Tablespoons Honey
1/4 cup Milk
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
Method:
Mix ingredients in bowl until thoroughly blended (no lumps).
Apple Mixture:
2 medium Apples (peeled, cored, and diced ½" cubes)
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon melted Butter
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
Method:
Melt butter in pie pan. Sprinkle cinnamon evenly. Spread diced apples evenly. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly.
Cake Assembly:
Once bottom of the pie pan is covered with the apple mixture, pour the frosting evenly over the apple mixture.
Next, pour the cake batter evenly over everything. Place the pie pan in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 - 30 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean).
Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes. Place cake plate over pie pan and flip. Let cool. Serve with whipped topping and powdered sugar.
