I love ganash topping! But Im not sure what you have put on the tops of these. It kinda looks like dried parsley. Are they ment to be a semi-savoury cupcake? Like cardamon flavoured cake with bitter choc ganash and dried sweet herbs? To finish a meal with fruits and cheeses? Elegant and different. Then it makes sense to me.
