Giants Cake
I made this for a dear friend of mine who was the owner of the Giants before she lost her life to cancer. Everthing on the cake is edible except the wooden sticks. The logo and the penants are made of rice paper and fondant. The balls are also made out of cake. Around the bottom tier, there are small penants with all of the retired numbers of their great players.
