Happy Turkey Day!

The body of the turkey was carved from a circular cake and covered with fondant.
The head is made of molded marzipan. The feathers are made from molded and dried fondant and then colored. Details were made with the end tip of a paintbrush (turkey's body, marks on feathers).
The head was attached with skewers.

And soon he came alive =)
