i tried many times to make sponge cake but all the time theres some mistake in it ...... cause it doesnt get sponge & some times it gets sticky heavy kind of cake ........ help me with easy techniqy e to make sponge cacke but without oven ...... AT LAST I GGOT TIRED & LEFT THE CRAZE OF MAKING CAKE BUT AFTER SEEEING YOURS I NEED SOME HEPL SO THAT I CAN ALSO MAKE CACKES LIKE YOU

it seems to me that you need to follow the recipe exactly. Use fresh ingedients and don't overmix. I don't think your cakes are baking till done. Check your oven tempurature and check your cake with a toothpick to make sure its done, a dry toothpick inserted in at least two spots should come out dry. Good luck.
