Jake the Snake's Skateboard Cake

Jake's Cake
The cake is a half sheet cake, chocolate fudge cake with a raspberry cheesecake filling. The sheet cake was cut and carved to form the skateboard shape, frosted with homemade buttercream and covered with homemade and colored fondant. The wheels are fondant covered crisp cereal treats. The decoration is fondant and food coloring gel painted on. It was made at my 5 year old nephew's request for his birthday in May '10.
