I baked two 12" rounds and layered. I froze them for a day so they'd be nice and solid. I carved the cake using a picture to cut by. I stuck it back in the freezer while I made my fondant. I use marshmellow fondant just as soon as I make it. Some people like to let it set for 24 hours, but I like to use it fresh. I put my windows on first, then I layed fondant on the cake and decorated it. I used chocolate donuts for the tires. I covered them in fondant too. This cake was alot of fun to make.
