Baking Tips
by: Anonymous

I'm not sure if you are a seasoned baker, or just beginning, I find it's best to follow a recipe exactly the first time or two when baking anything to see the result, then I attempt to add my own twist. Some cake batters will be thick, usually if butter is added, and others will be thin. Also make sure all ingredients are fresh. Just learn from this experience, and get back in the kitchen! Good Luck! Kris McCarthy Miami Fl, USA
