Mesha's Busy Day Healthy Cake

Mix 1&1/2 Cup whole wheat flour, 3/4 Cup sugar ( or raw brown sugar) 2 1/2 tsp.baking powder, 1/2 Cup ground flax seed (I use my coffee grinder),1/2 Cup ground wheat berrys, a pint of your home canned apples or pears or a can of applesauce or pears or ??. mix in a smaller bowl: 1/3 cup olive oil, 1 egg, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 3/4 cup milk, 1/2 tsp salt mix with whisp and add all together. oil and dust with flour cake pan ( I add a fist full of raisins to) oven should be pre-heated to 375, cook cake for 25-30 min. This is a old homemade cake passed down from my family so if people have only eaten box cakes this will seem like a heavy cake, It is wonderful and good for you.
