Good Bye and Good Luck!

More message cupcakes from me! This time though, I jammed individual messages on the tops of each cupcake! I made these for a really lovely lady that I was working with, who left to take another job. We did the usual Good Bye and Good Luck Card. But I thought for something different, I would make good bye and good luck cupcakes instead.

These are super easy. Its just a matter of writing your message on the cake. Its good practise for writing small words! I used mini cupcakes, in chocolate and vanilla cake mix. These were then frosted with a vanilla buttercream, and messages piped on top with the smallest tip I could find. I also used a small star tip to make simple little individual flowers, and a leaf tip to frame them.

This is a really simple idea, but the trick is to make a heap of them, and all different so no two cupcakes are the same. Present them on a platter all together. hey really made a big impact. And a really nice send off!
