Miami Dolphins Cake
I made this cake for my husband?s 29th birthday, he is the biggest Dolphins fan I know. It?s made out of one 9 in round vanilla cake and one 9 in square vanilla cake. The cakes are put together with homemade butter cream frosting and all decorations are made of homemade marshmallow fondant. The Dolphin was cut out by hand and defined with food coloring. I punched out the circles with decorating tools and the sun with a glass; I stuck them to the cake with homemade butter cream frosting. It took me about 3 hours to make; not including baking time. My husband and my boys loved it.
