Need a good and soft vanilla cake batter.

I've have been baking scratch cake and had never found one that is good as the store cake batter.

But If use a store bought cake and you make a half sheet cake it becomes dry how to keep it moist.

I agree the store bought is so convienient. why mess with something that works. Its all measured less mess less dishes Stick with what you know works.
