Panda Cupcakes

Bake mini and regular sized cupcakes
sprinkle regular cupcake with crushed oreos
place mini cupcake on its side on top
break oreo in half and put a bit of icing on the back and stick one to each side
break another oreo in half and place on top of the cupcake on each side
add mini cupcake
pipe face in white
add airbrushed oreo's for ears
pipe eyes, nose and mouth
