2 tablespoons butter
1 half cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 half cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
1 half cup flaked coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine butter, milk and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir the boiling mixture for two minutes. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, coconut and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Frost cake before mixture hardens. Excellent for any cakes but especially delicious on jam cakes.
