1/2 C Butter
1 C packed brown sugar
1/4 C milk
1 3/4- 2C Sifted Confectioners Sugar
1. Melt butter in Sauce pan over low heat
2. Stir in Brown Sugar
3. Boil over low heat 2 mins
4. Stir in milk & bring back to boil stirring constantly
5. Cool to luke warm (120 degrees)
6. Gradually stir in confectioners sugar & Place pan in cold water & stir till thick enough to spread
Great on spice cakes, Carrot cake, pumpkin spice cakes,Chocalote cake almost anycake. You will love it!!
