Pink Birthday Cake
I used boxed cake (I know, sad but true) and homemade fondant for the covering. The fondant is made of equal parts melted marshmallow and powdered sugar. Super easy and tastes good! Add a little cornstarch to help the fondant hold it's shape if needed.
I made this cake for a birthday dinner and before we even got candles on the thing people were eating the little fondant balls around the base.
