Rich Fruits Cake

The rich fruit cakes were prepared six week before the party. The ingredients include dried fruits(sultana,raising,cherry), almond nuts,lemon and orange peel,butter,baking flour,brown sugar,eggs, brandy and a little bit of salt
the cakes was decorated using plastic icing(fondant) and decorated with different types of edible flowers made by icing. The cake will last for 12 months.

A variety of different sizes and shapes were used to create this display. Each cake was placed on its own cake stand. Some cakes were round and others were shaped and designed to resemble flower pots with handles on both sides. The base of the cake is decorated with blue and white fondant that was rolled out into a sausage link and then the two colors were twisted together.
