Pink Rocket Cake
I made this Rocket Ship cake for niece’s 1st birthday. This chocolate cake is made from a 9 in round and a glass baking bowl. The cake is put together with butter cream frosting and decorated with homemade marshmallow fondant. The engines are swiss cake rolls covered in marshmallow fondant. The headlights are butterscotch candies and the antenna is a licorice. It took me about 1 1/2 hours to make; not including baking time. My niece loved it!
