Safari Cake
I made this chocolate cake for my son's 1st birthday using No egg powder (natural egg replacer Brand -ORGRAN)since we are vegetarians. I covered the cake with chocolate icing. Used sesame bread sticks for the palm trees. I made the palm leaves in advance using fondant. To give the water effect I used piping gel coloured with blue food colouring. Topped the cake with wild animals bought from a shop to match the animals on my Son's birthday T'shirt.
