Seaside Birthday Cake

Baked and frosted 2 layer 8 inch cake with blue tinted buttercream icing. Shells made out of white chocolate, sand made from crushed graham crackers, white and brown sugar and a bit of pepper for a more realistic touch.

Thanks-I have heard that, however, the amount of pepper is small, and I and others cannot taste it with all the sugar in there.

Great but a suggestion

Absolutely wonderful, but I feel I must make this suggestion. Instead of pepper, which would be an unpleasant surprise to eat in this frosting, use Oreo or chocolate cookie crumbs for those dark organic bits in the sand. I realize you probably didn't have any, which led to the pepper, but it's really better to leave something out rather than ruin the taste of a cake that's to be eaten.
