Skateboard Cake
This is a skateboard cake I did for a customers daughter's birthday. It's very simple, even though it looks hard.
All I did was cut the shapes out:Place and stack about 3 to 4 1/2 sheet cakes on top of each other on a cake board, and carve your cake into a skateboard (without wheels). Then take a round cookie cutter (3"), and cut 4 out of the extra cake, or different sheet cake. I stuck the wheels on with a thick buttercreme-like glue, lol. Star tip the whole cake in any design you want. Make sure the underside of the board is black or a dark color. Star tip the wheels.
