Spring Easter Sophisticated Cake.....

Easter Cake
Ah Heck, I don't know how to categorize this one. I made it for Easter, but it looks more like a tiny wedding cake. You decide. I justed like the way it turned out. It is a chocolate cake with a Swiss meringue buttercream filling covered in fondant. Fondant molded ribbons (I just copied a regular package bow I had as far as number of loops and placement) added a few fondant roses and leaves. That pasta roller was a really nice investment!
