Spring Time Celebration
I anticipated spring with this March birthday cupcake display.
I made the flowers with royal icing a couple of days in advance to dry.
Using assorted closed star tips for the small flowers, #2 round for centers.
Petal tips for the medium flowers.
The daffodils #104 for petals then pinch edges, #3 round to build up middle, #1 pipe around top center.

I used large 8B star to pipe buttercream frosting on cupcakes in swirl first, then just added dried flowers and piped leaves around them.
Top 6" cake has fondant ring around bottom, fondant butterflies, the dried flowers and buttercream leaves piped to fill.
