Star Wars Death Star Cake

We started with a 9x13 yellow cake for the base. We used a ball cake pan for the chocolate death star. The layers are torted with homemade buttercream frosting. A divit was carved out of the cake to look more authentic. We used homemade marshmallow fondant to cover the entire cake. We dyed the death star fondant a gray color. We dyed the sky fondant a sky blue. We proceeded to pipe a yellow star border around the entire cake and sporactic places all over the cake. We finished with flying lego storm trooper ships and stormtroopers all over the cake.
