Swirl Birthday Cake

Swirl Cake
This is a three layer buttermilk cake with buttercream frosting. I used food coloring to color some of the frosting to make the swirls a pretty color. The swirls were added by hand using a piping bag and a steady hand. Happy Birthday was added using the same frosting.
