Tear Drops of Joy

The inside of the tier drops of joy cake is chocolate with cream cheese filling and covered in butter cream frosting. The tiers are covered in fondant flavored vanilla.

The tear drops are fondant with a little gumpaste colored in goldend yellow. I hand cut all of the tear drops and ribbons. I finished the tear drops with some shimmer dust on some of them to give the cake more dimension. This is a giant cake with a 14" bottom tear, a 12" middle, and a 10" top. Each tier was 5" tall. In the picture I placed salt shakers to show the size difference.
