Pink and Green Topsy Turvy Cake
This is a three tier topsy turvy cake - 10" 8" and 6" that I made for my stepdaughter. Each tier is three layers. The bottom two tiers are butter cake and the top tier is dark chocolate. The cake is iced in buttercream and covered in Satin Ice Fondant. All the accents are fondant and buttercream.
